Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Boldly Free American! We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you need to return a product, please review our return policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  1. Return Period
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • After the 30-day period, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [insert contact information]. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  1. Return Shipping
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  1. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If a RMA is approved and nothing is defective or returned for no cause, then return may be subject to no refund or 27% restocking fee at discretion of the company and it's employees
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
     6.  Exchanges
        • If you believe the item you received is defective, please email pictures of the defects to connect@bfamerican.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Our customer support team will review the information provided and assist you accordingly.
        • Once we have confirmed the defect, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.
        • Please note that the defective item must be returned in accordance with our return process outlined in section 3 above.
        1. Non-Returnable Items
        • The following items are non-returnable:
          • Gift cards
          • Downloadable software or digital content
          • Health and personal care items
        1. Damaged or Defective Items
        • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
